You must;

  • know how to setup a network.
  • understand how to troubleshoot hardware and software.
  • modify reports themselves with their own Crystal Reports software.
  • be setup to receive support (internet, telephone and equipment).
  • understand Simple Menu and Simple Order thoroughly.
  • not promise features or functions that are not included.
  • will not expect any software modifications other that problem repairs.
  • be able to train customers at their site if required.
  • have a listed address and telephone number.
  • and first and foremost, service your customers on a timely manner.

You cannot;

  • own a restaurant.
  • undersell other resellers.
  • present yourself as an owner or manager of Custom Data or Simple Menu.

Custom Data will;

  • support resellers free of charge after the reseller has applied all patches.
  • support only the last 2 versions.
  • will add your company as a reseller on our website.
